Mode of Interview: Face to Face (Mandatory). **JOB DESCRIPTION** Total Exp 5+ yrs Relevant Exp 5+ yrs Mandatory skill (Must have) SF LMS Good to have (not necessary) JD (Comments to supplier) LMS Testing – JD • Good knowledge in learning management processes and Testing experience in Success Factor LMS • Good functional knowledge and testing experience in Employee Central module of Success Factor and SAP HCM • Engage with the internal/external stakeholders to understand requirements and solution documents • Work closely with developers, designers, and SMEs • Actively participate in estimation/planning for Testing Releases • Create daily/weekly status reports for testing progress • Perform Sanity, Smoke, Regression and E2E testing • Perform test management activities in HP ALM / Azure Devops • Follows the testing governance (standards, best practices, etc.) • Good Knowledge in UFT automation tool (only 1 person) Responsibilities • Test Scenario Identification (E2E/Focused) in coordination with • Test Case Design for identified Test Scenarios • Test Execution – End to End across each cycle followed by Status Reporting • Defect Management • Take Sign off and approvals for test evidence • Follow SLB Governance process across each milestone of the project • Risks/Impediments tracking for testing • Coordinating with all stakeholders (Project Team, Integrated application teams, RM/PM,etc) • Automation of Regression Pack - IBMFG2JP00004044
