Minimum 7-8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors. At least Two implementation project in EC. Hands-on expertise in at least one implementation or support project in ONB2.0 (not ONB1.0). Require an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 (ONB2.0) and EC Consultant with strong hands-on testing and configuration skills. The candidate should have deep understanding of ONB2.0 processes, data model, business rules, and integrations with Employee Central (EC). Key Responsibilities: Execute testing activities for ONB2.0 module, ensuring end-to-end process validation. Validate integrations and data flows between ONB2.0 and EC, with focus on multiple portlets and custom requirements. Support requirement analysis, test case creation, and defect resolution. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure alignment of ONB2.0 design with business needs.
