Description
 Total Yrs of Exp - 5+ Yrs Relv Yrs of Exp - 5+ Yrs Mandatory Skill - SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay implementations. Detailed JD - 5+ years of experience specifically implementing and configuring SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules. (Specify relevant years, e.g., 3+, 5+, etc.) Proven experience in at least 3 to 5 full lifecycle SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay implementations. Strong understanding of compensation principles, processes/practices, and variable pay methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships effectively. SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay Certification. Experience with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment), given preference.
