The consultant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day support issues and making any minor enhancements as requested by the HR team and supporting SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring seamless HR process automation and data integrity across the organization. Strong understanding of HR processes, time management, payroll operations, and expense reimbursement. Experience with SAP Concur integration preferred. Solid knowledge of data models, MDF objects, business rules, workflows, and permissions in SuccessFactors. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
