SLB is looking for a strong profile with Employee Central expertise who should work closely with the Solution Architects as well as Enterprise Architects from SLB. This position will be part of SAP Organization who will be looking at the ""Solution design"" in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. This position is also responsible for guiding the data platform team in sending the data to ""Data Pond"" (SLB Data Repository) by understanding the current SuccessFactors system landscape. Ø Must be a certified consultant in SuccessFactors Employee Central Ø Must have experience in conducting the design workshops with the customer Ø Must have experience in leading or managing a team for medium to complex design & solutions Ø Must be familiar with Foundational and Organizational data attributes (Org, Pay and Job as well as MDFs) Ø Must have knowledge on the SAP ECC Infotypes and the corresponding relationship with the Employee Central Data Attributes along with the fields that are required for payroll as well as other third-party systems Ø Must have functional knowledge on how the integration is set up between SuccessFactors and other third-party applications in conjunction with Employee Central solution Ø Must have strong hands-on experience with business rules and field propagation along with picklist center and workflow configuration Ø Must be familiar with the latest features from SAP (half-yearly releases) Ø Must be familiar with standard and custom reporting for the data evaluation and validation Ø Should have experience in understanding the functional specifications for the SuccessFactors integrations Ø Should have experience in understanding the ""Data Dictionary/Catalog"" which consists of all the data attributes/fields from SuccessFactors and how/where the data is being utilized across all the other third-party applications Ø Should be able to prepare and present the documentation around the Employee Central current and to-be state solution Ø Understand the current EC data scope and assist on the attributes to be migrated from EC to individual modules where required (including the upcoming talent modules such as Performance & goals, Succession & Career development, Learning and Compensation) Ø Actively participate in estimation/planning for Testing Releases Ø Create daily/weekly status reports for testing progress Ø Perform Sanity, Smoke, Regression and E2E testing Ø Perform test management activities in HP ALM / Azure Devops Ø Follows the testing governance (standards, best practices, etc.) Ø Must have excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal s" Band 8 Location Pune / / Blore Panel Name Balaji Palani - IBMFG2JP00004042
