RTH - y. sector - Pub.Total Years of Experience 7 to 8 year Relevant years of Experience 6 to 7 year Mandatory Skills Senior SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant Responsibilities: • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PM solutions for preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance. • Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops with business teams and translate needs into SAP PM designs and functional specifications. • Configure PM master data including equipment, functional locations, BOMs, task lists, measurement points, and counters. • Set up maintenance plans (time‑based, performance‑based, strategy‑based), refurbishment processes, and warranty management. • Configure notifications, work orders, maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution processes. • Integrate SAP PM with MM, QM, PP, CO, and EWM/WM. • Implement mobile maintenance solutions (SAP Fiori apps, SAP Asset Manager) where applicable. • Support reliability and asset management processes such as breakdown analysis and maintenance cost reporting. • Create test scenarios, conduct unit/integration testing, and support UAT. • Prepare functional specifications for ABAP enhancements, reports, interfaces, and forms. Required Skills: • 8 to 12 years of hands‑on SAP PM consulting experience. • Strong expertise in configuration of all core SAP PM components. • Deep understanding of maintenance operations, asset management, and reliability processes. • Experience with S/4HANA PM and Fiori applications (preferred). • Strong integration knowledge with MM (procurement), QM (quality), CO (costing), PP (production), and EWM. • Ability to lead workshops, drive solution design, and manage stakeholders. • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Good to Have: • Knowledge of SAP CS (Customer Service), EAM, AIN, and asset analytics. • Experience with SAP Activate methodology. • Exposure to global rollouts and multi‑plant implementations.
