**About the Role** Join a dynamic team dedicated to a cutting-edge S/4HANA project, focused on driving transformation within the oil and gas sector. This is a greenfield implementation endeavor, emerging from the carve-out of the former mother company, ConocoPhillips. The role focuses on the S/4 to S/4 transformation project 'HORIZON', with a specific emphasis on IS-Oil RFNO (Retail Fuel Operation Network). The purpose of this hire is to bring expertise and leadership to the critical phases of the project. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead and manage the full lifecycle of S/4HANA transformations within the IS Oil RFNO module. - Drive greenfield implementation strategies in coordination with client and internal teams. - Provide expert guidance on the SAP S/4 platform to optimize architecture and operations. - Ensure successful carve-out transition from ConocoPhillips infrastructure. - Collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint challenges and strategize solutions effectively. - Document and communicate processes, outcomes, and lessons learned for future reference. - Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources diligently to ensure objectives are met. - Troubleshoot and mitigate any system integration issues swiftly. **Must-Have Qualifications** - At least 8 years of experience in SAP IS Oil & Gas implementations, with a focus on RFNO. - Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations of SAP S4/HANA within a similar capacity. - Proven track record in greenfield implementation and enterprise transformation projects. - Strong command over project management methodologies and best practices. - Exceptional communication skills to convey complex solutions to diverse stakeholders. - Must be willing to work on-site in Bangalore, India. - Valid work authorization to work in India. **Nice-to-Have** - Previous experience in large-scale IT carve-outs or divestitures. - SAP certification in S/4HANA or related modules. - Understanding of ConocoPhillips business processes and systems. - Familiarity with RFNO's impact on business strategy and growth.
