Mode of Interview: Face to Face (Mandatory). ***JOB DESCRIPTION***.Core Technical Skills · Deep expertise in SAP MDG (Central Governance) including: o Data Model Design & Extension (BP, Material, Finance) o Workflow & BRF+ Rules o Fiori/FPM UI Configuration o Data Replication Framework (DRF) and Integration (OData, IDoc, SOA) · Strong ABAP development and enhancement knowledge (BADIs, user exits, CDS views). · Knowledge of data migration tools (CI-DS, SAP Data Services, Syniti) and cutover strategies. · Understanding of data quality frameworks, duplicate checks, and compliance requirements. · Familiarity with BTP Integration Suite, API management, and event-driven architecture. Experience · 10+ years in SAP landscape with 5+ years in MDG and S/4HANA programs. · Proven track record in global template design, multi-country rollouts, and complex integration landscapes. · Hands-on experience in data governance operating models, security/authorization design, and audit compliance. · Exposure to cross-functional processes (Finance, MM, SD, PP, IBP) and data stewardship frameworks. Leadership & Stream Lead Qualities · Ability to define target architecture, standards, and patterns for MDG. · Strong stakeholder management across global teams (business, IT, data migration). · Skilled in facilitating workshops, fit-gap analysis, and decision forums. · Proactive in risk identification, dependency management, and issue resolution. · Excellent communication and executive reporting skills. · Capability to mentor and guide technical teams, ensuring adherence to design principles. · Drive collaboration and knowledge transfer across regions and streams. · Focus on quality, timelines, and compliance while balancing global vs. local requirements. - IBMFG2JP00012029
