Acts as a functional expert, partners with business stakeholders, and ensures successful delivery of finance‑related SAP projects. Core Responsibilities: • Lead SAP FICO implementations, enhancements, and support activities. • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for finance and controlling processes. • Configure FI components such as GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Closing processes. • Configure CO components such as Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, COPA, and Product Costing. • Support integration with MM, SD, PP, PS, and other modules. • Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP teams for custom developments. • Conduct testing, user training, UAT coordination, and go‑live support. • Diagnose and resolve complex FICO issues and recommend process improvements. • Guide junior consultants and act as a finance process subject matter expert. Required Skills and Experience: • 6–10+ years of hands‑on SAP FICO experience. • Strong understanding of finance and controlling business processes. • Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance, including New GL, Universal Journal, and Fiori apps. • Good knowledge of integration points with logistics modules. • Ability to write and validate functional specifications. • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. Preferred Qualifications: • SAP FICO certification. • Experience with Central Finance, Group Reporting, or Tax engines. • Exposure to multinational environments and global template projects.
