Mandatory Skill - 2+ Years experience in DRC • Strong hands-on experience with SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) or SAP eDocument Framework. • Proven track record of handling EU compliance requirements (e-invoicing, VAT, SAF-T, real-time reporting). • Experience integrating SAP DRC with SAP and non-SAP systems. Nice to Have skill - Integration mapping: Work on functional requirements mapping for integrations, including SuccessFactors (SF) to GlobalView and other integrations handling employee and organizational data. Detailed JD: The candidate will be responsible for leading remote design workshops with the countries, including requirements verification sessions and Fit-to-Standard sessions, ensuring alignment with business needs. They should have strong hands-on expertise as appropriate in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and be able to write user stories. Key responsibilities include: • Design & workshops: Lead and facilitate verification sessions and fit-to-standard workshops, ensuring business and technical alignment to the global template. Provide inputs to the Organisation and People Readiness (O&PR) and Service Delivery Model (SDM) teams on the requirements for System procedure, work instructions and training materials. Testing & triaging: Perform in-sprint testing, functional triaging, and support.
