Description
Communication RTH - Y Required skill - JRSS : Package Consultant-Salesforce JD :  7+ Years of experience support US Timings. C Shift - Preferably i.e 9 AM to 5 PM EST.:   SFMC audience build services supporting Set Top Box campaigns and related MyFree and genre-specific campaigns, including but not limited to:   Audience Development & Execution Build audience segments in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for MyFree and Genre campaigns as well as campaigns to existing Premium Video customers. Develop and implement SQL-based selection logic. Perform quality control and peer reviews. Meet with business stakeholders to review audience requirements, provide input on audience build approach and support troubleshooting efforts. Campaign Management & Documentation Gather and translate campaign requirements into audience selection strategies. Maintain documentation and tracking of campaign workflows. Technical Implementation & Data Management Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Tealium CDP for audience segmentation. Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards.     Deliverables:   Monthly milestones (per resource): Build, test, and deliver 6-8 marketable audiences spanning email, direct mail, outbound telemarketing, set-top-box and other owned DIRECTV channels. Code review 6-8 audiences per month built by other developers, providing recommended revisions as needed to meet standard audience practices and compliance. Achieve 98% or higher on-time delivery of audiences and peer reviews as measured in Jira   - IBMFG2JP00012202
