One scratch implementation of Sterling OMS & hands on experience working on Sterling v10.0 On experience on customization/extension of Order Hub & work with Next‑Gen IBM Sterling Call Center v10+ interfaces and APIs. Customize functionality in the next‑gen platform. Build extensions, UI customizations, and API integrations using updated tools and frameworks. Implement modernized flows for order, payment, fulfilment, and call center operations—aligned with IBM’s NextGen architecture. In-depth knowledge of Oracle/DB2 SQL and solid hands-on understanding of sterling DB. Working with Angular + Carbon Design System (Next‑Gen UI stack) to build UI extensions. Developing and integrating APIs for OMS, inventory, payments, and fulfilment. Next‑Generation Sterling OMS implementations that integrate with IBM Sterling Inventory Visibility (IV).
