Mode of Interview: Face to Face (Mandatory). ***JOB DESCRIPTION*** Role Overview As an iScala ERP Application Maintenance Support Specialist, he/she will be responsible for the continuous stability, performance, and health of the Epicor iScala platform. The primary focus will be providing L2/L3 technical and functional support, ensuring that the system remains optimized to support global business operations including Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. iScala-Specific Key Responsibilities Advanced Troubleshooting (L2/L3): Diagnose and resolve application-level defects within the iScala environment, specifically focusing on data integrity issues, transaction failures, and connectivity errors between iScala modules. System Configuration & Governance: Maintain and update core iScala settings, including Chart of Accounts (COA), tax rules (VAT/SAF-T), user security profiles, and complex workflows. Financial Cycle Maintenance: Provide critical support for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes within the iScala General Ledger, ensuring sub-ledger locking and reconciliation accuracy. Integration Maintenance via Service Connect: Manage and troubleshoot automated workflows and 3rd-party integrations (CRM, WMS, Banking) using Epicor Service Connect Reporting & Data Management: Design and maintain specialized financial and operational reports using iScala Query Designer, SSRS, and Configurable Financial Reports (CFR). Operational Support (SCM & Manufacturing): Support supply chain processes such as Quote-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, and stock replenishment/MRP-I logic. Maintain batch traceability and serial number handling configurations. Service & Asset Management: Oversee the maintenance of the iScala Service Management module, ensuring proper scheduling of preventive maintenance and accurate resource allocation for field service operations. Patching & Compliance: Coordinate the deployment of iScala hotfixes, service packs, and version upgrades (e.g., to iScala 3.5). Ensure the system remains compliant with evolving regional e-invoicing and tax mandates. Proactive Monitoring: Use iScala-specific tools to monitor server performance and transaction logs, identifying potential bottlenecks before they impact business continuity. Technical Requirements iScala Proficiency: 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Epicor iScala application support (versions 2.x or 3.x). SQL Mastery: Strong proficiency in SQL for database maintenance, data validation, and complex troubleshooting. Functional Knowledge: Solid understanding of Finance and Accounting business processes, particularly in multi-currency and multi-entity environments.
