Communication RTH - Y Job Description: SAP Advanced Workflow Consultant We are seeking a skilled SAP Advanced Workflow Consultant with hands-on experience in designing and implementing workflow solutions within the SAP Commissions environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Groovy scripting and PL/SQL, along with a solid understanding of SAP Commissions processes.   Key Responsibilities: *Develop and implement SAP Advanced Workflows for business-critical processes such as:   Payment Approval   Reconciliation   Approval Routing *Customize workflow logic using Groovy scripting to enable dynamic and automated decision-making. *Utilize PL/SQL for data manipulation, integration, and performance optimization within workflow systems.    ( Optional) *Design and manage Lookup Tools to support data validation and enhance workflow functionality. *Collaborate with business stakeholders to align workflow solutions with SAP Commissions requirements. *Work within SAP HANA DB  to leverage real-time data capabilities and improve workflow performance.   Preferred Qualifications: *Experience with SAP Advanced Workflow on SAP HANA DB. *Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. *Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. *Familiarity with incentive compensation processes and SAP Commissions architecture.   - IBMFG2JP00007863
