RTH - Y Sector - Distribution No of Position - 2 Total Yrs of Exp - 1 to 2 Yrs Relv Yrs of Exp - 1 to 2 Yrs Mandatory Skill -Support/development experience using JAVA/Python technology Willingness to learn legacy technologies like BBX/EDL Readiness to support 24/7 shift-based support. Handling SFTP transfers from a jump server and working on UX applications in a Linux environment Working knowledge in Monitor systems using APM/monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, SignalFx, Dynatrace, etc.) Contribute to maintaining SLIs/SLOs and raise alerts on deviations Participate in incident reviews, RCA discussions, and follow corrective actions Suggest opportunities for operational automation, alert tuning, and process improvements Responsibilities Provide 24/7 technical support and perform initial issue triage Manage incidents, requests, and escalations through ITIL-driven processes Communicate effectively with users, onshore teams, and stakeholders Skills Required 1-2 years in Technical Help Desk / Application Support roles Strong understanding of Incident Management and ITIL workflows Excellent spoken and written communication. Good to Have Skill - Experience in SRE‑Aligned Operations Basic Linux/SQL and DOS commands knowledge Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
