Mode of Interview: Face to Face (Mandatory). **JOB DESCRIPTION** Yrs of exp: 5 to 7 yrs Mandatory Skills: Incident Manager JD: Required Professional and Technical Expertise: · Technical overview of Banking applications and should have worked on IT technology (full stack) to identify the layer at which the application is facing the issue. · Proven experience in incident management within the Indian banking sector, with a focus on core banking applications like Finacle. · Strong knowledge of digital banking and payments systems. · Excellent communication and leadership skills. · Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively. · Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise: · Certification in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) or similar incident management frameworks. · In depth knowledge of core banking applications – Finacle, Finastra, Wealth Management, AML, etc. · Knowledge and Experience in Monitoring Tools like Dynatrace · Familiarity with industry-specific security standards and regulations in the Indian banking sector. · Experience with incident management tools and software.
