Band : 7A Location : Bangalore Primary: Deep expertise in Datadog tool & observability Monitor infrastructure, applications, and services using Datadog dashboards and alerts. Investigate and resolve performance issues using Datadog APM, Logs, and Metrics. Tune alerting thresholds to reduce noise and improve incident response. Collaborate with developers and SREs to instrument code and services for better observability. Review and optimize Datadog monitors and dashboards for clarity and actionability. Ensure data pipelines and integrations (e.g., AWS, CI/CD tools) are functioning correctly. Respond to incidents and participate in root cause analysis using Datadog tools. Maintain and update Datadog configurations via Terraform or other IaC tools. Onboard new services and teams to Datadog. Conduct observability reviews and suggest improvements. Skills: Hands-on experience with Datadog (APM, Logs, Metrics, Dashboards, Monitors). Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
