Description
RTH - Y. sector - pUB."•Lead a cross-functional support team to provide 24/7 operational support for mission-•Lead a cross-functional support team to provide 24/7 operational support for mission-critical Azure workloads. •Define and drive support processes, escalation paths, and service-level objectives (SLOs) for Azure environments. •Act as the technical point of escalation for complex Azure issues and high-priority incidents. •Implement and manage Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and Service Health for real-time monitoring and alerting. •Drive incident management (ITIL INC) processes, including root cause analysis (RCA), documentation, and preventive measures. •Oversee Azure governance including: •Azure Policy, Blueprints, Management Groups •Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Key Vault, Azure Defender •Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) and enforce identity, access, and data protection best practices. •Lead initiatives to automate support tasks and recurring operational procedures using: •Azure Automation, PowerShell, Logic Apps, Runbooks, Functions •Optimize Azure cost and performance by leveraging Azure Advisor, Cost Management, Reservations, and Budgets."
