Key Responsibilities:    Gather and document business requirements for contract workflows.    Conduct stakeholder workshops and process mapping sessions.    Define functional specifications and user stories.    Support UAT and change management activities.    Act as liaison between business and technical teams. Skills & Experience:    Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle processes.    6+ Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.    Familiarity with CLM tools (Icertis) and SaaS platforms.    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
