The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in the IBM TM1 / Planning Analytics suite, and hands-on experience across financial forecasting, budgeting, and analytics use cases. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and functional analysts to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions that align with business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and enhance IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) applications for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Collaborate with business teams to gather and understand functional requirements. Build and maintain TM1 cubes, rules, and TurboIntegrator (TI) processes. Design and deploy solutions using Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAFE). Ensure optimization of cubes, feeders, and TI processes for performance and scalability. Conduct unit/system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Support existing TM1 models and provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements. Ensure seamless integration of TM1 with existing financial systems and BI platforms. Required Experience & Skills: 6-8+ years of hands-on experience in IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 development. Proficiency in PAW, PAFE, and TI scripting. Strong knowledge of cube architecture, feeders, and rules optimization. Experience with Cognos Enterprise Planning and its integration or migration to TM1. Solid understanding of financial planning processes (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis). Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams in Agile or iterative environments. Preferred / Good to Have: Experience in the banking domain or financial services industry. Exposure to IBM Cognos Analytics (BI) and reporting integrations with TM1.
