Communication RTH - Y Work Location - Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer / Technical Lead to design and build a custom application onboarding and self-service platform on ServiceNow. The role will lead architecture and hands-on development, integrate ServiceNow with Hashi CorpVault and external APIs, and mentor junior ServiceNow developers. --- Key Responsibilities Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications using ITSM, App Engine, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer Build secure self-service onboarding workflows with approval processes (Security, DBA, Platform teams) Integrate ServiceNow with HashiCorpVault and other 3rd-party systems using IntegrationHub/ REST APIs Ensure strong security, RBAC, auditability, and compliance (no secrets stored in ServiceNow) Act as technical lead: review designs, guide less-experienced ServiceNow developers, and set best practices --- Required Skills 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development Strong experience with custom scoped apps, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, scripting Experience with REST APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers Good understanding of security, approvals, and automation Ability to mentor and lead technically --- Nice to Have HashiCorpVault experience ServiceNow certifications CMDB or platform automation experience - IBMFG2JP00012679
