Required Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and designing ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on SAM (IT Service Management). • Proven experience in delivering ServiceNow SAM solutions, including modules such as license optimization, asset lifecycle management, and cost reduction strategies • Hands-on experience in pre-sales activities, including client engagement, requirements gathering, solutioning, and proposal development. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist - SAM (CIS-SAM) certification required. • Strong understanding of the unique business needs of financial sector clients and experience tailoring ServiceNow SAM solutions to meet those needs. • Experience in integrating ServiceNow SAM with third-party systems, especially within the financial industry. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience working in an Agile environment, collaborating with development teams and managing sprints and deliverables. • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolutions in collaboration with technical teams and clients. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to solution design and implementation. Desired Qualifications: • Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting within a SAM context. • Knowledge of ITIL and other relevant frameworks applied to customer service and financial services. • Experience in change management and helping clients adopt ServiceNow SAM solutions. • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements within the financial sector and how they impact ServiceNow implementations. • Previous experience working on customer service or SAM solutions for financial organizations or banks.
