Detailed Job Description- Develop and enhance ABAP programs for SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), Time Management (TM), and Benefits • Knowledge on PTP/BIB replication and Analyzing issues • Design and maintain HR reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW) • Work with HR infotypes, logical databases (PNP / PNPCE), and HR function modules • Develop and support Payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll driver enhancements • Build and enhance ALV reports, SmartForms, SAPScripts, and Adobe Forms (Payslips, T4/T4A, ROE, etc.) • Implement BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancements, and Implicit/Explicit Enhancements • Support interfaces between SAP HCM and third-party systems (e.g., banks, benefits providers, tax authorities) - IBMFG2JP00013696
