Distribution RTH - Y Detailed JD: A UKG ProWFM Technical Architect is a specialized expert responsible for designing and implementing technical architecture solutions for UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and seamless integration with APIs, cloud storage, and the broader UKG technology stack. Role Overview Defines technical architecture strategies for UKG ProWFM implementations, aligning technology choices with business goals and technology roadmaps. Develops technical designs, frameworks, data models, and integration patterns for advanced WFM modules such as Advanced Scheduler, Time & Attendance, Accruals, and Attestation. Collaborates closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into efficient and secure technical solutions. Key Skills and Qualifications Expertise in UKG ProWFM’s platform technologies, including Boomi integration, FLEX, Bryte, and Google LLM. 6+ years actively architecting and implementing HRIS and WFM solutions, with Fortune 500 experience preferred. Skill in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint for data analysis and client presentations. Experience in leading technical teams through full WFM project lifecycle: analysis, specification, configuration, design, testing, and deployment. Familiarity with cloud computing, robust API frameworks, unified domain models, and maintaining security and compliance standards. Typical Responsibilities Architectural leadership for UKG ProWFM implementations, including technical strategy and development roadmap definition. Integration of UKG solutions with both internal and external backend systems using modern APIs and cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud). Facilitating requirements workshops and technical meetings for project teams and clients. Recommending technologies, platforms, and tools suited to performance, scalability, and maintainability needs.
