The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PowerBuilder, Oracle / SQL databases, and application support in a production environment. This role requires excellent analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and the capability to work in collaboration with cross-functional teams. · Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications using PowerBuilder (versions 10.x, 12.x, or higher). · Work with , Oracle, or SQL Server databases for application back-end integration. · Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects, incidents, and performance issues. · Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions. · Perform code reviews, unit testing, and system testing to ensure high-quality deliverables. · Support application migration, modernization, and integration projects where required. · Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and user manuals. · Participate in production support, ensuring timely resolution of issues within SLAs. · Follow best practices in SDLC, change management, and version control. · Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge with the team.
