Communication RTH - Y Work location - Primary - Bangalore , Secondary Preferred - Pune Third Preference - Hyderabad Key Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle SOA Suite and OSB-based integrations. Monitor and maintain middleware environments, ensuring stability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BPEL processes, Mediator, Adapters, and OSB services. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to deploy and support integration solutions. Handle incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL standards. Support and maintain integrations developed on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Assist in migration activities from on-premise SOA/OSB to cloud-based OIC solutions. Document support procedures, known issues, and resolution steps. Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.   Required Skills & Experience: 3–6 years of experience in supporting Oracle SOA Suite (11g/12c) and OSB. Strong understanding of XML, XSD, XSLT, WSDL, SOAP, and REST services. Experience with JDeveloper and Enterprise Manager (EM) for monitoring and debugging. Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) components such as Integrations, Connections, Lookups, and Agents. - IBMFG2JP00004196
