Role Overview: The embedded Onboarding Support role is a dedicated resource aligned to the MCAPS Academy SharePoint team, working day‑to‑day with the Onboarding organization while remaining accountable to MCAPS Academy governance, design standards, and content strategy. This role ensures that onboarding content delivery is consistent, scalable, accessible, and aligned to the overall MCAPS Academy site vision and strategy.
