Sector - Communication RTH - Y No of position - 1 Branding Specialist PM (MCAPS Academy SharePoint Rebrand) Role: Support SharePoint site rebrand—roll out new page templates + migrate/update content to ensure a consistent, accessible, brand-aligned experience. Role Overview: This role supports the MCAPS Academy SharePoint site rebrand initiative, ensuring a smooth transition to new page templates and optimized content experiences. The resource will collaborate across marketing within the SharePoint team to deliver a consistent, accessible, and engaging site aligned with the rebrand strategy. Key work: Template build, content migration/authoring, coordinate reviews/approvals, manage timelines/dependencies, QA before publish. Must haves: SharePoint Online authoring + page design, accessibility/governance familiarity, strong PM coordination + stakeholder mgmt (ADO/workflow tools a plus). Responsibilities: Page Template Development - Partner with the marketing team to design and implement new page templates aligned with rebrand guidelines Content Migration & Authoring - Convert existing pages into new templates, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and adherence to brand standards Collaboration with Content Owners -Engage with content owners to confirm page statuses, manage review cycles, and facilitate approval workflows Project Management - Track and manage the lifecycle of pages being rebranded, including timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder updates Quality Assurance - Validate that rebranded pages meet design, functionality, accessibility, and compliance standards before publishing. Relevant Skills & Experience: • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online authoring and page design • Familiarity with content governance, accessibility standards, and metadata best practices • Experience in project coordination or managing multiple workstreams • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, content owners, developers) • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Basic understanding of workflow tools (e.g., ADO) for approvals and tracking. Success Measures: • Timely Delivery: All identified pages transitioned to new templates within agreed timelines • Quality & Compliance: Rebranded pages meet accessibility, design, and functionality standards • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback from marketing and content owners on collaboration and outcomes • Process Efficiency: Review and approval workflows executed smoothly with minimal delays • Content Consistency: Uniform application of branding and template standards across all pages - IBMFG2JP00015832
