We will not entertain lesser experience profile for higher band.Mode of Interview: Face to Face (Mandatory).*** JOB DESCRIPTION*** Required Skills & Qualifications: ● Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in IT Change Management, with hands-on experience in ITIL-based environments. ● Certifications: ITIL v3/v4 Foundation (Mandatory), ITIL Specialist/Expert (Preferred). ● Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM), incident/problem management, and release management. ● Tools: Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira, or equivalent. ● Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities. ● Industry Experience: Exposure to cloud environments (Azure/AWS), enterprise infrastructure, or managed IT services is a plus. - IBMFG2JP00015073
