ommunication RTH - Y Required skill - Total Years of Experience 5-7 Relevant years of Experience 4-5 Mandatory Skills- Sterling B2B Integrator, EDI Detailed Job Description  "• Must Have o 7-9 years of strong development experience in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SBI). o Hands-on expertise in map development, business process modeling, service configuration, adapters, and envelope creation. o Strong knowledge of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, TRADACOMS) and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP, HTTP, MQ). o Proven experience with XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and web services (SOAP/REST). o Strong programming skills in Java / J2EE, JavaScript, and Shell scripting for custom service development. o Experience with database integration (Oracle/DB2/SQL Server) and SQL scripting. o Knowledge of performance tuning, high availability, and troubleshooting in Sterling B2B environments. o Strong debugging skills, log analysis, and ability to resolve production issues quickly. • Good to Have o Exposure to Sterling File Gateway, Control Center, or ITXA (IBM Transformation Extender Advanced). o Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud). o Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Ansible) for CI/CD automation. • Working Style & Soft Skills o Familiar with Agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban) and iterative delivery. o Understanding of DevOps methodologies with focus on automation and continuous improvement. o Strong team player, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. o Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies and business domains."
