Middleware knowledge: Familiarity with related IBM components, such as WebSphere Application Server, MQ Server, and Integration Bus. Problem-solving and analysis: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to design custom solutions. Communication: Effective communication skills for working with various stakeholders in client facing environment.
