RTH-Y FSS Location:: Bang/Hyd/Kol ( All 5 days working from office/second shift) Total Years of Experience :: 3 to 5 YRS Relevant years of Experience :: 2 to 3 YRS Mandatory Skills :: CyberArk experience Detailed Job Description  "Need to have valid Passport and Convocation Certificate Willing to work in Shifts and Weekends - 2 PM to 11 PM IST and 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM EST on rotational basis Need to have good communication and Analytical skills CyberArk experience Shadow implementation of large-scale identity and access management (IAM) solutions · Advanced debugging and troubleshoot issues, including interacting with technology vendors · Assist in requirements gathering, design documentation for IAM technologies · Contribute towards customizing, configuring, and developing IAM solution integrations using requirements and design and manage project deliverables to successful completion · Contribute towards process compliance activities by identifying and driving initiatives that are relevant for the project delivery and help factor re-usability and related benefits * Onboarding of Connectivity devices in PAM. * Gather requirements for Plugin and connector development and work on them. * Co-ordinate plugin/connector development with CyberArk vendor and app teams (wherever applicable). * Excellent Communication skills * Troubleshooting errors related to network devices. * Must have ITIL understanding (handling of SNOW RITM, INC, CR, Problem tickets) * Must have understanding of infra and security concepts * Firewall * Ports * Windows, UNIX * Network Devices etc. * CyberArk Sentry certified(Defender is also ok if the resource is technically good but Sentry is preferred). * Must be ready to work in shifts. * Good Experience in Customer liaisons Qualifications and experience required: · Candidate should have 3 + years of experience implementation or shadow PAM projects (CyberArk) · Experience in implementation or Shadow at least two PAM engagements, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support · Experience in integrating various platforms with Cyber-Ark, such as Windows servers, UNIX servers, Databases and networking Devices · Experience in on boarding of various platform accounts in Cyber-Ark · Experience in creating and Managing Safes, platforms and CPM policy management or redistribution. · Perform health check monitoring on all CyberArk severs to ensure consistent availability of system to end users · Good knowledge on development of PSM auto IT scripts and CPM connectors · Should have good knowledge of CyberArk Disaster recovery and DNA · Should have good knowledge of components like PSMP,OPM,AIM, EPM, Viewfinity,PACLI, Password Upload Utility · Excellent verbal and written communication · Experience with various IT / Security technologies- Including Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, Firewalls, VPN Gateways, IPS, Proxy, PKI Preferred: · PAM technology certifications · Security domain certification" - IBMFG2JP00013516
