Intermediate Assembler / COBOL Developer will work with the IBM Squads and clinet Business Operations team on planning, intake, and analysis of clean up and sepration of COBOL and Copybook code transformations, while also making manual changes as needed. Responsibilities include changes needed in data and COBOL/ Assembler programs, updating copybooks and handling MOVE/MOVE CORRESPONDING operations safely, and performing unit testing with canned data to ensure accuracy. Candidates should have at least 3 years of COBOL experience, solid knowledge of PIC and USAGE clauses as well as arithmetic fundamentals, strong skills with mainframe debugging tools, and experience in unit testing and working with file layouts. - IBMFG2JP00005496
