Provide technical and functional guidance on the Siebel CRM application, architecture, and telecom modules. Oversee the design and implementation of complex integrations between Siebel and external systems using technologies such as Siebel EAI, EIM, Web Services (SOAP/REST), Integration Objects, and middleware Possess a solid understanding of Siebel Tools, Configuration, Scripting (eScript/Browser Script), Workflows, Business Services, and Open UI framework to effectively communicate with and challenge the development team. Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse project team, which may include internal resources Serve as the primary point of contact for all project communication. Provide timely, clear, and accurate status reports to senior management. Experience with Siebel Open UI framework projects.
