They should have strong hands-on expertise as appropriate in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and be able to write user stories. Key responsibilities include: Design & workshops: Lead and facilitate verification sessions and fit-to-standard workshops, ensuring business and technical alignment to the global template. Provide inputs to the Organisation and People Readiness (O&PR) and Service Delivery Model (SDM) teams on the requirements for System procedure, work instructions and training materials. Testing & triaging: Perform in-sprint testing, functional triaging, and suppo?
