Client management: Exceptional communication, facilitation, and leadership skills to manage client relationships and drive organizational change. Consulting skills: Ability to act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance, and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Detailed Job Description ITOM Skills : Process analysis and design: Map current-state processes and redesign them to be more efficient using ServiceNow ITOM capabilities like event management and operational intelligence. Requirements gathering: Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and detailed documentation. Gap analysis: Identify gaps between current processes and desired future-state processes, providing recommendations for improvement. Solution definition: Guide clients in leveraging ServiceNow's standard capabilities to solve problems and help them achieve their business objectives. Documentation: Create process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other customer-facing deliverables that clearly outline the solution and its impact.
