Develop and customize system components—including connectors, workflows, rules (Java, BeanShell/JavaScript), and custom logic. Integrate SailPoint with identity sources (e.g., AD, LDAP) and enterprise applications. Client Engagement- Serve as main technical escalator, resolving incidents and guiding on performance or compliance issues. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, security teams, and client stakeholders throughout project lifecycle. Mentor junior consultants, conduct technical knowledge transfers, and support team growth. Governance & Compliance- Configure access certifications, role management, and identity lifecycle processes in alignment with governance policies. Monitor deployments for secure access, compliance with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, WS-Fed), and propose improvement strategies. Documentation & Training- Prepare and maintain documentation: configurations, integration guides, test plans, SOPs, and runbooks.
