Candidate must have sound SAP project management experience especially in the technical areas Candidate will work with T&M demand requesters to fine tune T&M FTE ask, able to drive staffing end to end incl. interviewing with the help of SMEs. Candidate should be able to coo-rdinate Client selection process & ensure timely fulfillment with respective IBM functions Candidate should be able to do short/long term planning for just in time staffing.
