Unlike standard conversions, this role requires specialized expertise in data transformation tools and complex landscape management. Core Responsibilities • Technical Architecture & Strategy: Lead the technical delivery of the SAP Basis stream, including the design of dual-landscape maintenance and infrastructure roadmaps. • Selective Data Migration: Manage the migration process using specialized tools like SNP CrystalBridge to migrate critical data while leaving behind legacy "baggage". • System Provisioning: Oversee the creation of "empty shells" for the target S/4HANA environment and manage system refreshes, upgrades, and Unicode conversions. • Cutover Management: Plan and execute complex cutovers, including mock runs, cutover rehearsals, and post-go-live technical support. • Performance & Stability: Perform deep-dive HANA database tuning, sizing for cloud or on-prem environments, and ensuring system performance post-migration. • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the single point of contact for technical program governance, coordinating across functional, security, and infrastructure teams • Managing transport strategy using ALM • BTP administrator experience. - IBMFG2JP00018475
