RTH-Y FSS M365 Copilot Solution Architect – Band 9 Role Purpose: Designs the overall technical architecture for Microsoft 365 Copilot, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance while aligning with Phoenix’s enterprise standards. Key Responsibilities: Define Copilot architecture, integration points, and data flow within Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Configure identity, access, and security controls using Entra ID, Purview, and Defender. Design governance frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Oversee deployment strategy, including Graph connectors and Syntex for data readiness. Provide technical leadership and guidance to implementation teams. Skills & Experience: Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 platform, Copilot Studio, Copilot Admin Centre and Azure services.
