Description

Key Responsibilities

  • ServiceNow Development & Implementation: Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Solution Design: Analyze client requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with best practices.
  • System Administration: Configure and manage ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and others as required.
  • Customization & Integration: Customize ServiceNow UI, create business rules, client scripts, and integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test cases, and user guides.
  • Training: Provide guidance and training to end-users and administrators on ServiceNow functionalities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices and frameworks.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
  • Experience with advanced modules like HRSD, SecOps, or GRC.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
