Detailed Job Description:

1. Implement and manage SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing solutions, ensuring accurate billing and invoicing processes.
2. Participate in customer discussions on upcoming enhancements and troubleshoot day-to-day issues. Perform root cause analysis and develop custom enhancements/reports.
3. Work with global teams and maintain good documentation skills.
4. Interface with third-party systems and customize the environment as needed.
5. Experience in Telecommunication Industry using Convergent Invoicing tools is a plus.
6. Proficiency in SAP BRIM architecture and Convergent Invoicing (CI) by Digital Route.
7. Strong knowledge of BRIM architecture and customized environments.
8. Experience in writing functional specifications and developing custom enhancements/reports. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
9. Good documentation skills and experience working with global teams.
