Required skills:
• Looking for Sr. techno/functional Analyst – HR Technology
• Implemented at least 3 end-to-end Oracle HCM cloud cycles
• 8+ years of experience as an HR Technology Analyst, supporting Oracle HCM, to include the configuration and reporting/analysis for the following modules: Core HR, Recruiting (ORC), Compensation
• Experience fixing issues related to Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, manager approvals, and extracts.
• Experience resolving issues related to mass uploads and additional earnings, such as special allowances
• Experience using Spreadsheet Loader, SQL, HDL, HCM Extract, OTBI and BI Reporting.
