Job Overview
The Oracle RMCS Functional Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Retail Merchandising and Category Solutions for retail clients. This role requires deep understanding of retail business processes and Oracle's retail software suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements for retail merchandising and category management
- Configure Oracle RMCS modules to meet specific client needs
- Develop and execute system configuration and testing strategies
- Perform functional design and configuration of Oracle Retail solutions
- Create functional specifications and design documents
- Support implementation and go-live processes
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to client teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in the RMCS application
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless system integration
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience with Oracle Retail Merchandising solutions
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising processes
- Expertise in Oracle RMCS functional configuration
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in SQL and database concepts
