Description:

We are looking for an experienced Workday Implementation Specialist to lead and execute the deployment of Workday solutions tailored to our organizational needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth integration of Workday modules, streamline HR and financial processes, and enhance overall system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end implementation of Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, and Financials.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and create implementation plans.
3. Configure and customize Workday modules to align with business processes.
4. Conduct data migration, validation, and system testing to ensure a seamless transition.
5. Provide training and support to end-users during and post-implementation.
6. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring milestones are met.
7. Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and document best practices for system use.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in Workday implementation projects, with a strong understanding of core modules.
2. Familiarity with HR, payroll, and financial processes and their integration within Workday.
3. Expertise in system configuration, data migration, and testing methodologies.
4. Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
6. Workday certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
