**About the Role** We are seeking a highly experienced Dynamics CRM Techno Functional Senior Architect to join our team for a global MNC client. This role is crucial to lead and mentor the delivery of Dynamics CRM solutions that meet the strategic and operational needs of our client. The successful candidate will operate in UK timings and will collaborate closely with the client's architect and a diverse team of professionals to ensure project success. **Key Responsibilities** - Architect and design Dynamics CRM solutions that are robust, scalable, and support business objectives. - Collaborate with the client's architect to align solutions with enterprise architecture goals and standards. - Lead the technical team in developing, customizing, and implementing Dynamics CRM solutions. - Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Ensure the technical architecture meets all compliance and security requirements. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring high-quality delivery. - Facilitate seamless communication between the client and development teams to ensure clarity and understanding. - Conduct regular meetings to track progress and mitigate any project risks or issues effectively. **Must-Have Qualifications** - 10+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM architecture and implementation. - Proven track record of full-cycle Dynamics CRM projects delivery for MNC clients. - Strong background in technical design and architecture practices with Dynamics CRM. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members effectively. - Experience working remotely, with a reliable high-speed internet connection. - Ability to work UK hours to align with client operations. - Right to work without sponsorship in the location of residence. **Nice-to-Have** - Experience in integrating Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems. - Certifications in Dynamics CRM or related technologies. - Previous experience in a client-facing consultancy role. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
