We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance D365 solutions across Finance & Operations, Supply Chain, and CE modules. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong solutioning and stakeholder management capabilities.

You will be responsible for defining end-to-end architecture, integration strategy, data migration approach, and customization framework aligned with Microsoft best practices. The role requires hands-on leadership across environments, extensions, APIs, middleware integrations (Azure, OIC, or other platforms), and DevOps pipelines.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Designing scalable D365 architecture and technical blueprints
2. Governing development standards, code reviews, and release management
3. Leading integrations with third-party systems and enterprise platforms
4. Overseeing performance optimization, security, and compliance
5. Supporting discovery workshops and translating business requirements into technical solutions
6. Providing technical mentorship to developers and offshore teams
