We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Implementation Consultant to lead and execute end-to-end Oracle ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle modules, strong business process knowledge, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful deployment and integration of Oracle solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of Oracle ERP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate them into Oracle ERP solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle modules (e.g., Financials, Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain) to meet business requirements.
• Develop functional specifications for technical developments and work with the technical team to implement them.
• Manage data migration and integration with other enterprise systems.
• Conduct user training and create comprehensive documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
• Ensure the Oracle implementation follows industry best practices and meets compliance standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and improve system performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation projects.
• Expertise in Oracle ERP modules (Financials, SCM, Procurement, etc.).
• Strong understanding of business processes and best practices in enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle integration tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
