Detailed Job Description : Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide support for Informatica-based applications, ensuring robust operations support and continuous improvement. 2. Utilize expertise in Informatica B2B, Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Developer, and Oracle to drive technical solutions, troubleshoot issues and provide fixes. 3. Proactive monitoring of application via logs, dashboards, alerts etc to identify and fix issues proactively 4. Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention in data management processes. 5. Flexible to provide support on weekend or US shifts (on rotation basis) Qualifications: 1. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Informatica B2B, PowerCenter, and Developer. 2. Good understanding of Oracle databases and SQL. 3. Experience in the US healthcare industry, particularly with EDI standards and practices. 4.
