About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team and help us transform raw data into meaningful business insights. You’ll work closely with multiple teams to analyze trends, build dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collect, clean, and analyze data from various internal and external sources.
2. Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio.
3. Write complex SQL queries to extract, aggregate, and analyze large datasets.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and define analytical requirements.
5. Present findings and recommendations through visualizations and presentations.
6. Automate recurring reports and data workflows.
7. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.

Required Skills

1. Proficiency in SQL and Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and macros).
2. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Familiarity with Python / R for data manipulation (preferred).
5. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role (internship experience counts).

Nice to Have

1. Experience working with APIs, ETL pipelines, or data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
2. Understanding of A/B testing and business KPIs.
